Meenachis against KK - a message for you

We are aware that many meenachis are against KK. And they support male Facebook pages admins who revel in mocking us and praying hard that we will shut down. Today, we think it’s about time we make clear to these meenachis on what we stand for and why your hatred towards us is irrational. We’ll try to make this as short as possible since many of these meenachis and machas don’t like to read - this will run as a series. .

3) Kannammaa should stop representing Indian women as majority of Indian women prefer to be respected as REAL WOMEN.
Babes, again, it’s your freedom to oppose KK. but do enlighten us, what defines a REAL WOMAN? If being a real woman means accepting whatever shit men, women and society throws at us submissively while groveling, then no thank you. Real women should have a backbone and should be able to filter out what’s redundant and unfair as time progresses. Not so long ago, being a real woman means marrying as soon as hitting puberty, not going to school and burning herself on her husband’s funeral pyre. Today we agree that all of it is wrong but why is it still wrong for women to drink or party hard but not wrong for men to do so? Like it or not, Indian society is slowly but surely changing and recognizing the choices Indian women make as just that, choices, not the reflection of their character. Of course, you choosing to become a slave to some guy out there is also a choice and we are not going to say anything against that choice of yours. But that choice too doesn’t reflect your character as good just like how it doesn’t make a woman who chooses to speak out having a bad character. Being a real woman in this age is being able to hold her own and taking charge of her life and mostly being honest about what she does.
