Parched nude scene - that's all you can see Indians? (Part 2)
Some dumbfucks keep saying that KK encourages Indians watching porn with families. Dei, in this age, no one is 100% celibate so quit putting scene like Bhishma. Everyone watches porn behind closed doors and there is a reason why films are A rated/18SX rated. It’s okay to watch such films but what’s not ok is behaving like you are holier than thou. If you watch porn then keep quiet - you have no business condemning the actresses. No one condemns male porn stars. Married actors do liplock in movies it’s ok, married actresses kiss in movies, all hell breaks loose. It’s because of the objectification of women and it’s only getting worse. Patriarchy is not good for men either because it strips them off basic humanity - mostly the ability to recognize women as fellow humans regardless of what choices they make in life.
At every turn women are shamed for the same choices they make as men. Like Vidya Balan so aptly put, ‘But I must say that your honor is unbelievable. You make films about sex, you sell them, you watch them, you show them but you’re scared to acknowledge them.” What’s worse you only shame women who act as such. The wonderful message in the movie Parched just goes over your head and all you have eyes on is that one scene - so who is sex crazed here? Y’all or us who are fighting so that women are seen more than just a piece of meat that you can fap at and then denigrate at your whim and fancy? If you can, watch Parched and see what a wonderful actress Radhika Apte is and that one scene doesn’t define her worth - she plays an abused wife in the movie and a talented seamstress. If your worth is started to be defined by whether or not you watch porn and not your capabilities then imagine your fate.
Someone cited Indian culture and it’s 1000 years legacy and respecting elders. I want to ask, is watching porn, wanking to it and then vai koosame condemning actresses is what 1000 years Indian culture propagates?
