This is what KK has been hollerin like a banshee in heat all the while, that women are equally flawed as men. But the Tamil Taliban lentils refuse to accept that fact. They keep harping on 'mistakes men make' and that feminism isn't about doing all the mistakes men do, but bringing men on correct path.

Are you out of your mind? Men are adults. They can find their way to the correct path. You can't expect a woman to come and change you for the better - you need to change yourself. It's exactly the same for women. But, of course we need to support each other as partners in humanity but you gotta do what you have to do for yourself by yourself.

This guy is glorifying motherhood, being proud of being a handicap and totally dependent on mother for finding underwear even and lastly, putting women on a pedestal, not acknowledging equality and once women behave like humans (getting down from the pedestal they are put on) the stupid Thani Oruvan dialogue is sputtered.

You can accept women being corrupt (Lalli), murderers, (Sasikala, Swati Reddy, Cyanide Mallika) and filing fake rape and dowry cases but not women making unwise choices like drinking and smoking. You can't gender tag deeds/human traits. And, no, we are not feminists asking the right to party, drink and smoke. All that we're saying that women have desires and have the same tendency to succumb to temptations as men. But due to patriarchy's grip, the number of women doing wrong things number less than men - same reason why women's participation in politics and STEM fields is lower than men and women suppressing their own intelligence and capabilities. Our society tells women how to be less and not more - "If you are more, ambitious, free-spirited and have academic/job goals, then no man will want to marry you," is the banal yet effective threat.
