Falsely accused of rape/sexual harassment - how Indian men can avoid it
In the wake of #MeTooIndia movement in which so many Indian men put a scene like every man is being falsely accused every day – this is my suggestion on how you can avoid being falsely accused.
First, let’s look at why the majority of women files fake rape cases and see from where they hail from.
They file rape cases on their ex-boyfriends who promise marriage in exchange for sex which is a crime in the provision under Section 376 which criminalizes anybody establishing a physical relationship under the false promise of marriage. This is driven by the patriarchal thought that women should marry the man they have a sexual relationship with. This is the main reason and it’s social, not civil. The women are from uptown Delhi and often, their families motivate them to file such cases.
For #MeToo, you have only eyes for the high profile allegations. Women working in garment factories, construction = sitthal, domestic workers and farmworkers aren't included in the radar. Also, Dalit women. This is even portrayed in Tamil movies like Naatamai, Ejamaan and others. The male employers, landowners and upper-caste men exploit these women sexually. These women are in a helpless situation. They have everything to lose.

So, guys, it’s very simple and the majority of cases are like this only. Follow these tips and reduce the fake rape/sexual harassment cases being filed against you.
- Don’t ask for sex with the girl you are in a relationship with/dating. Keep your dick in your pants and only take it out on your wedding night. You can take it out for peeing tho.
- Don’t promise marriage for sex. Hold it in. If you can’t, shake it off in the toilet.
- Don’t date. Don’t use Tinder. Stay at home and be safe.
- Don’t have any contact with women.
- Don't accept positions of power - don't risk yourself of getting falsely accused by female subordinates.
- If you don't trust your conscience, your capacity of self-control, basic decency, and professional ethics get a penectomy.
Cannot? Then try these:
- Don’t preach that ‘purity is virginity’ for women.
- Don’t call women who had premarital sex ‘bitches only fit to fuck, not to marry.’
- Don’t brand women who had been in multiple relationships as sluts.
- Don’t expect a virgin wife especially when you are not a virgin which means, never having sexual thoughts.
- Acknowledge that women are sexual beings just like you.
- Don’t make marriage promises just to get sex when all you want is sex and not marriage with your gf. Make your intent clear – honesty isn’t only the best policy. Honesty can save you from being falsely accused.
- Don’t tell women how to dress, and feed into women that if they get into a sexual relationship with one man then they have to marry that same man or they will lose their respect and dignity.
- Lobby for the amendment of Section 376. Actually, that penal code is what is screwing you guys up. It’s fucking stupid, regressive and involves force.
- Do your job ethically, don't abuse your power and simply leave women alone.

I’ve seen that what these Indian men do is underplay the major social cause factors that they perpetuate and apply because it’s “Indian culture” and then create a scene that #MeTooIndia is all the way falsely accusing men of ‘rape’ when most Me Too stories don’t even name anyone. Also, for these men, Delhi and Rohtak sisters account as the rule, not exceptions.
You want to cut your cake and eat it too? You will promise marriage and get laid. Then you backtrack on that promise and the woman/her parents files rape case under the section 376’s provision then you scream, “50 – 60% of rape cases filed in India are fake!” Haryana, UP, MP all don’t come in, just Delhi and isolated cases in other places and now y’all scream 50 – 60% of Me Too are false allegations? Enna bang? Goreng ah? Cannot la guys. Change begins with you.
Women feel raped if they don’t marry the man they had sexual relationships with – don’t make women feel that way.
You say women accuse men on #MeToo platform for fame. What they actually get is infamy. Also, can you name the women who accused Bill Cosby? Where is Kavanaugh's accuser? Besides Chinmayi, Sindhuja and few others who got viciously questioned and trolled, who else can you name and what benefit did they get? Most me too stories sharing women don't mention the perpetrators' names. Those who do get victim-blamed anyway! Are all the men accused even investigated? Or does society largely give them immunity because 'men of such rep won't do such a thing'?
If you ask me if all these will stop all false rape/sexual harassment against men, NOPE. But, it will drastically reduce the numbers (as tho the number is so huge). It's because there is no utopia. Even though Iceland is the safest country in the world, it still has prisons and a law system - no army tho.
