Indian girls/women who talk about sex have loose morals?

Now, our Indian society revels in having taboos and restricting girls. From menses, breasts and sex, if an Indian female is open about them, the Indian society cringes, gets all hot and bothered and says, "Ithellam oru ponna ma?" (Is this a girl?). Yep, duly shamed for what is biology and plain scientific information diffusion and discussion.

As KK admins, we have been branded 'women of loose morals' for talking about how virginity exists for both men and women, debunking the myths surrounding the membrane hymen, explaining the science behind the vagina and for being a proponent of sex education and premarital nuptial medical checkups. KK was lambasted by Indian guys for being nymphomaniacs, non virgins and virgin again because no man would sleep with us - they twist and turn the insult to suit their own whim and fancy.

Well, first of all, all we ever talked about is the female anatomy. As females, shouldn't we get to know about our bodies, how it functions, where are the organs located, and a host of questions regarding our own bodies? Thus far, we never touched about the male anatomy or ridicule the average penis size of Indian males. But, it is the Indian males who love to insult a woman who claims to be her first time and the guy pinpointing, 'Then why it's 'so big?'

I know why such insults shrouded in discouragement and steeped in harassment are hurled upon us girls who talk about stuff related to the birds and bees.It's because of fear on behalf of extremely insecure Indian guys. Because, knowledge is power - men can no longer dismiss that women don't know better when it comes to these matters. If a girl knows about her body more than a guy, then he isn't manly. If a girl knows more about sex than a guy, it's a deadly blow to his groomed ego. If a woman knows what she wants on bed and expresses it, the guy is good for nothing. This extends a phenomenon of assertive Indian males who think that medical facts are bullshit, harassing girls who suggest otherwise - the girls come and tell us of the inbox harassment on Facebook. 

First let go of your ego and male ego cushioning myths guys and your taboos, Indian society. It has no good coming out from all these restrictions in public and the watching of porn and learning about sex from it in private. This is why teen pregnancy happens. This is why young girls and boys have sex when they are far from ready. This is why there are so many myths revolving around the reproduction organs and their functions. This is all due to ignorance and misinformation mostly cushioning the extremely fragile male ego.  

It's not like we talk about how sex is done - we merely exchange related medical and scientific facts. Being the proverbial ostrich with its head buried in the ground and think all is hunky dory isn't going to make the situation any better. Let's be honest with ourselves and bury ego in the ground and have respect and regard for science and medicine related to sex rather than old wives tales.

Indian girls/women who talk about sex don't have loose morals. Morals are not associated with sex. Morals are how you treat those who disagree with you, how you behave at other people, how you carry your opinion. Inboxing girls with the intent to harass and insult just because they talked about how a vagina works openly is the epitome of morality is it? Y'all are consecrated saints who never watched BDSM porn is it?

One more thing, don't think that this is the denouement.
