Indians and their gender double standards
We posted a video on the lady who is seeking justice for herself and for her kid and daughter from her previous marriage. The lady’s second husband impregnated her 19 year old daughter from a previous marriage.
What’s so telling is the pervading silence in this issue by our Indian community. They ignore this issue despite the lady making a video imploring for justice and support. And it’s not just this lady - another girl who got cheated and impregnated by her boyfriend also made a video seeking justice. That plea too literally went unheard. If there were hearing ears, the mouths are only keen on finding fault on the woman, “What had she been doing, blind to what’s happening in her own home?” “Who ask her to have pre-marital sex, now got baby and complaining?” but, when girls made videos critical of guys, even for fun, they get trashed like nobody business - no one ever bothers to ask the facts or check on them. Suddenly, everything is in face value. I am not asking to blindly support girls when they come up with their pleas, only to give equal importance to them the way you do with guys when they complain of senju girls.
Coming to senju, machas out there, SENJU SENJU NU solvingge le (you guys always say SENJU), this is the real meaning of SENJU. A guy married a woman, got her pregnant with a kid and then gets into incestuous relationship with his step daughter and gets her pregnant too. Now, he is staying with the stepdaughter and has abandoned his wife. He has also got the baby adopted simply because he can’t raise it himself. And you call girls who end romantic relationship that have no legal ties as SENJU KES. Then this is MEGA SENJU KES, considering the number of lives this man ruined with his stepdaughter who is obviously impressionable and manipulated. Why I don’t see Malaysian Indian Taliban pages highlighting this maha senju guy, except for Kambattu Tamilan - kudos to them for playing fair despite their efforts not getting the response they deserve. If a woman were to do this, every single macha out there will start circulating her photo on social media and tarnish her image. But when a macha does such wrongs, you keep quiet? I can safely say that if it’s a macha problem, it’s everyone’s problem, a girl being frank that she is interested in another guy in a guy’s pic in Wechat gets labelled bitch and Indians, regardless of gender varisaikatti (stand in line) to denounce the girl and take pity on the rejected macha. Here, we have a lady’s whole life ruined, her children’s life in a limbo because of a guy and where is the outrage? Because if it’s a woman’s problem, it’s not a problem - they’re disposable, must have done much wrong to be in their circumstance and deserve no attention or justice for that matter.
When this case of stepfather impregnating stepdaughter case first made it’s public front, many Indians were against the publicizing of this case due to community honour - the worry is about what the other races think. But you have no problem shaming and circulating 2 girls who were commenting about JB and KL boys. Let me tell you that Indians have a natural gift of making a mountain of a molehill and sweeping pressing issue under the carpet - the other races won’t condemn Indians due to this case of incest, they condemn us for fighting for insignificant issues, missing on bigger pictures and across the board perspectives. A Malay noticed that we fight for stupid things like Surya vs Vijay, bla, bla.
So, no one seems to be too keen on helping this lady, Amuthadewi Subramaniam to get some justice and put the culprit behind bars for incest and abandonment. This is us, failing our own community. When are we going to learn that women are people just like men and to face things upfront and take measures to solve them instead of sweeping them under the carpet and pacify ourselves and compromise that the Indians are better than Malays because Malays rape biological daughters, this guy only had sex with stepdaughter?
