LGBT and Indians

This has always been a topic of controversy and unacceptance in Indian community which is compounded by ignorance.
In Hinduism, Ayyappan is said to be born from Lord Vishnu’s Mohini form copulating with Lord Shiva. Ayyappan (Tamil: Aiyappaṉ Sanskrit: अय्यप्प) also known as Sastavu, Manikandan or Sasta, is a Hindu deity who is the son of Harihara, fused with both Shiva and Vishnu. When Ram returned to Ayodhya from exile, and the city folk congregating in rapture, suddenly there was a deluge. Ram told the men to take shelter in the right side of the palace, and the women, the left side. Transgender women remained in the rain and moved by their devotion, Ram invited them to take shelter in the sanctum of his palace.
Homosexuality isn’t against nature, it’s part of nature - it’s been identified in animals. And it’s as natural as it can get.
In India and Bangladesh, transgender has been recognized as ‘hijra’ and ‘thirunangai’ in Tamil Nadu. they’re recognised as the 3rd gender.
Among us, the perceived mentality is that all LGBT people are attempting to get into our panties. Just as machas like to say, “I just said Hi, not suck my dick,” LGBT people are not trying to get into the pants of everyone they bump into. They make good friends and are capable of all kinds of relationships.
Also, we associate LGBT with shame and disgust and utter ridicule - if a guy is soft or emotional or hugs his guy friends, the term, ‘avana nee?’ Is liberally used. It’s like being gay is only worthy of insult. If an Indian girl has short, boy cut hair, likes to wear jeans and tees then she’s deemed tomboy - yours truly went through that. Duh. an Indian girl doesn’t grow a penis when she cuts her hair short and wears jeans and tees - she would still menstruate.
Having a cisgender isn’t a pride and being gay/lesbian/etc isn’t a shame. It’s a state of being determined by nature. If you hate LGBT people then you hate nature.
